IEDAWADO
The Business Intelligence Cycle

An intelligent, repeatable cycle for building, growing, and scaling a self-sustaining enterprise. Eight stages that turn a business from something you carry into something that runs.

Turning ideas into impact. Systems into scale. Data into decisions. Vision into reality.

The Eight Stages

A business-building operating cycle.

Each stage answers one question. Run them in order, then run them again. The discipline is in the repetition.

IStage 1

Identify

Identify the problem, opportunity, customer, goal, or business need.

Nothing gets built until the need is named. Most businesses skip this and build the wrong thing beautifully.

EStage 2

Evaluate

Evaluate the market, evidence, risks, resources, costs, and potential value.

Evidence before opinion. This is the stage that kills bad ideas cheaply, before they cost you a year.

DStage 3

Design

Design the solution, product, service, customer experience, and operating model.

Design the operating model, not just the product. How it runs matters as much as what it is.

AStage 4

Automate

Automate repetitive processes using AI, software, workflows, and systems.

Anything you do more than twice is a candidate. Automation is where the hours come back.

WStage 5

Workflows

Build documented workflows so the business operates consistently instead of depending on memory or one person.

The difference between a job and a business. Documented work can be delegated, taught, and sold.

AStage 6

Analyze

Analyze performance, customer behavior, financial results, data, and system effectiveness.

You cannot improve what you refuse to measure. Look at what actually happened, not what you hoped.

DStage 7

Decide

Use evidence, business intelligence, and human judgment to determine what to continue, change, eliminate, or expand.

Machines surface the pattern. You make the call. Deciding to stop something is still a decision.

OStage 8

Optimize

Continuously improve the business for greater efficiency, profitability, scalability, impact, and independence.

Then it begins again. Optimize feeds straight back into Identify, and the loop is what compounds.

The Cycle

It does not end. That is the point.

IdentifyEvaluateDesignAutomateWorkflowsAnalyzeDecideOptimizeRepeat

Optimize feeds back into Identify

That single connection is what makes IEDAWADO a continuous business operating system rather than a one-time startup method. Every pass through the loop gives you a sharper problem to solve than the last one.

Why It Matters

Most businesses run three of these stages.

They identify, they design, they build. Then they stop. No documented workflows, no honest analysis, no deliberate decision to stop what is not working. The business stays dependent on one person remembering everything.

Without the cycle

The business lives in your head. Growth means more hours. Nothing is repeatable, so nothing can be delegated, taught, or sold.

With the cycle

The business runs on documented systems. Growth means better systems, not longer days. What you built has value independent of you.

Learn to run the cycle on your own business.
